How safe will be our personal data from the new rules?

* For the protection of personal data of Indian citizens, the government has once again brought a draft of a new bill. The government had received many objections and suggestions on the last draft. By the way, experts have started raising questions even on the new draft of the bill.

# Six guiding principles: -
1) Use of personal data for individuals be legal, fair and transparent.
2) The purpose of use is the same for which it was taken for granted.
3) Necessary data should be taken from the data collected for a specific purpose.
4) No unauthorized collection or processing of personal data.
5) Responsible for determining the purpose and means of processing.
6) The personal data of the individual should be accurate and updated. Data storage time is limited.
